Position Summary

We’re looking for a dynamic Partnerships Director to help scale our API solutions across Resellers, Ad Intelligence and Data partners. In this role, you’ll work closely with technical, marketing, and senior leadership to develop compelling partner strategies, build high-value integrations, and accelerate revenue growth.

This is a hands-on, growth-focused role for someone who thrives on ownership including leading presentations, shaping proposals, and operating independently while collaborating across teams. The ideal candidate must have strong communication and presentation skills, along with a strong understanding of the media intelligence and advertising ecosystem.

This is a mid-level role, reporting to the VP of Partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key reseller accounts and stakeholders while managing client expectations
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to attract new partners, including leading presentations, product demos, and proposal development.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and new partnership opportunities within the broadcast and media intelligence space.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for partners, including custom data sets and integrations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account management, preferably within a SaaS, media, or technology environment.
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives end-to-end, including independently developing partner strategies, presentations, and business cases.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive, technical, marketing, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Highly self-directed and organized, able to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally across product, engineering, marketing, and legal teams.
  • Willingness to travel for partner meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed.

Position Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in driving growth for TVEyes by identifying and qualifying sales opportunities. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, you will engage with prospects, generate leads, and set the stage for successful client relationships. Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation

Research and identify potential clients within target industries.
Utilize tools such as CRM, LinkedIn, and email automation to build targeted prospect lists.

Outbound Engagement

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to engage prospects.
Present TVEyes’ value proposition and identify customer pain points.

Qualification

Qualify leads based on company criteria and ensure alignment with product offerings.
Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives.

Collaboration

Partner with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and optimize campaigns.
Work closely with Account Executives to transition qualified leads seamlessly.

Pipeline Management

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM.
Meet or exceed monthly activity and lead generation targets.

Continuous Learning

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role. Experience as an SDR is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Identify customer pain points and position TVEyes as the essential solution to meet and exceed their needs.

Pipeline Management

  • Ensure timely follow-up, accurate deal tracking, and consistent pipeline hygiene.

Client Engagement

  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and value-focused consultations.
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Tailor proposals and contracts to address each client’s specific goals and success metrics.

Collaboration

  • Work with Marketing to maximize campaign impact and leverage sales enablement materials.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.

Market Knowledge

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs.
  • Provide actionable feedback to Product and Marketing for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.

As a Client Growth Executive / Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of TVEyes. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, conducting strategic business reviews, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Manage and Grow Client Relationships

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to review platform usage, share insights, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Ensure timely renewals and contract extensions by demonstrating value

Drive Customer Engagement & Retention

  • Educate clients on best practices, new features, and product enhancements
  • Ensure clients are maximizing their use of the platform by providing strategic guidance and workflow recommendations
  • Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights with product and leadership teams to enhance the platform

Sales & Growth Strategy

  • Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities for additional TVEyes products and services
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns and strategic outreach
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and account status in CRM

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales (preferably in SaaS, Media, or PR/Marketing industries)
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and offer strategic recommendations
  • Experience conducting business reviews, client consultations, and strategic account planning
  • Familiarity with media monitoring, PR, or digital marketing tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
