Account Executive (AE)

Position Overview

As an Account Executive (AE) at TVEyes, you’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle—from strategic prospecting and needs assessment to solution delivery and closing. This is a consultative, high-impact sales role where you’ll build trusted relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and consistently exceed revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle—prospecting, qualification, discovery, demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Identify customer pain points and position TVEyes as the essential solution to meet and exceed their needs.

Pipeline Management

  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Ensure timely follow-up, accurate deal tracking, and consistent pipeline hygiene.

Client Engagement

  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and value-focused consultations.
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Tailor proposals and contracts to address each client’s specific goals and success metrics.

Collaboration

  • Work with Marketing to maximize campaign impact and leverage sales enablement materials.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.

Market Knowledge

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs.
  • Provide actionable feedback to Product and Marketing for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.

Skills

  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI).
