As a Client Growth Executive / Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of TVEyes. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, conducting strategic business reviews, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and Grow Client Relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to review platform usage, share insights, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Ensure timely renewals and contract extensions by demonstrating value
- Drive Customer Engagement & Retention
- Educate clients on best practices, new features, and product enhancements
- Ensure clients are maximizing their use of the platform by providing strategic guidance and workflow recommendations
- Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights with product and leadership teams to enhance the platform
- Sales & Growth Strategy
- Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities for additional TVEyes products and services
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns and strategic outreach
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and account status in CRM
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales (preferably in SaaS, Media, or PR/Marketing industries)
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and offer strategic recommendations
- Experience conducting business reviews, client consultations, and strategic account planning
- Familiarity with media monitoring, PR, or digital marketing tools is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
