Summary:
The Client Success Representative plays a crucial role in training and supporting our customers to optimize their use of the TVEyes SaaS platform. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development within the broadcast media industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions to ensure customers fully understand and leverage the functionalities of the TVEyes B2B SaaS platform.
- Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the Client Success Team to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, particularly over the phone, to effectively convey complex information and guide customers through the onboarding process.
- Foster a customer-centric environment by proactively teaching and explaining TVEyes features and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales and marketing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Hubspot, ChurnZero and Intercom or other relevant software.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position.
- Remote work is available with occasional travel to the office bi-annually.
